Chief Executive Officer

I am passionate about community development programs that offer opportunity to make positive impact among the economically marginalized in the society. I am excited by mentoring small upcoming entrepreneurs and assisting them through the process of starting up and growing small-scale enterprises.



Coordinator Social Enterpreneur Economic Program

Form a clear perspective of relevant and credible programs with effective linkages and synergies is the realization of positive accentuation in societal ministerial outreach.



Finance and Administration

The power of human empathy, leading to collective action transforms lives. My mission in life is not merely to survive but to thrive, and to do so with some Passion and compassion especially in charity work by producing accounting genuinity.

Education Department

I have an aptitude to motivate pupils/students and help them to overcome any difficulties in their learning; by creating a conducive atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging and adaptive enough to various learners’ needs, so that children can be successful learners.

My motivation and inspiration are drawn from Plato… “Do not train children to learn by force and harshness, but direct them to it by what amuses their minds, so that you may be able to better discover with accuracy the peculiar bent of the genius of each.”

Early Childhood Development

Lavender holds a BA degree in early childhood and primary education from Egerton University.

She is a certified TSC teacher with vast experience in children. She spearheads the daily operations of the Riziki Center as well as offering counselling and psycho-social support.

I have a soft spot for children and this has been instrumental in my preferred course of line in children development in the slums where I have been brought up and live.

Riziki Centre Maron & Caregiver

I am a community resource person and having brought up orphans from an early age till now when they are in school and another working.

I feel this is my call to serve in the community while bridging the gap between the children and those taking care of them.

Riziki Kenya is a Christian organization that is committed to the psycho-spiritual and socio-economic challenges facing orphans and vulnerable children in slums and other under privileged circumstances.
